JobbersKart Account Deletion Request

At JobbersKart, we respect your privacy and give you complete control over your personal information. If you no longer wish to use our services, you may request the deletion of your account.

You can permanently delete your JobbersKart account at any time.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Once your account deletion request is processed:

  • Your Job Seeker or Employer account will be permanently deleted.
  • Your personal profile information will be removed from our platform.
  • Your uploaded resume, profile photo, and documents will be deleted.
  • Your saved jobs, favorite resumes, and preferences will be removed.
  • You will lose access to your account and all associated services.

Note: This action cannot be undone.

Information We May Retain

In certain cases, we may retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, taxation, accounting, or regulatory compliance purposes, as required by applicable laws. Examples include:

  • Payment transaction records & Invoice history
  • Legal compliance records & Fraud prevention logs
  • Customer support communication

This retained information will not be used for marketing purposes.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 – From the Mobile App:

  1. Login to your JobbersKart account.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Select Delete Account.
  5. Read the confirmation message.
  6. Confirm your request.

Your account deletion request will be submitted immediately.

Option 2 – Request by Email:

If you cannot access your account, send an email with the following details:

  • Email: support@jobberskart.com
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request
  • Include: Full Name, Registered Mobile Number, Registered Email Address, and Reason for Deletion (Optional).

Our support team will verify your identity and process your request.

Processing Time

Most requests are processed within 7 business days. Some requests may take up to 30 days if verification or legal review is required.

Can I Recover My Account?

No. Once your account has been permanently deleted, it cannot be restored. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use JobbersKart again.
