Employers are expected to use this information solely for legitimate recruitment purposes.

12. Recruiter Dashboard

Recruiters using the Recruiter Dashboard may search resumes, view candidate profiles, shortlist applicants, and contact candidates.

Recruiters must not:

• Sell candidate information.
• Share personal data without authorization.
• Use automated tools to scrape user data.
• Use candidate information for unrelated marketing or unlawful purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access to JobbersKart.
